We are passionate about closing the diversity gap and tackling the skills shortage within the UK tech sector.
There are numerous programmes offering school- and university-leavers accessible, affordable ways into tech but things are very different for people wishing to enter tech later in their careers. This leaves a huge untapped pool of talent that is currently not being realised to their full potential.
We recruit individuals with diverse backgrounds, skillsets and life experiences. We focus on helping individuals transition from careers in other industries into tech, or to get back into the tech industry after career breaks. We have challenged every aspect of the traditional bootcamp model to make our programme as inclusive and supportive as possible.
